Anything that supports loadstring, HttpGet and file reading. If your executor can run normal Roblox scripts, it can run these. Ask in Discord if you're unsure about yours.

That happens when the devs change their remotes. Post it in the bug channel — fixes usually ship within a day, and updates are free forever once you have a key.
Any executor carries risk — that's true of every script, not just these. Use an alt if the account matters to you, don't brag about it in game chat, and don't run 20 hours a day on a main. Your account, your call.
If your executor runs on mobile, the menu scales down and works with touch. Potato Mode helps a lot on phones.
